Marcel G. Latouche FCCA, MBA

Marcel is the President & CEO of MLG Associates, Management Consultants
& Trainers. He is a Fellow of The Association of Chartered
Certified Accountants (UK) and received an MBA in International
Business from the Manchester Business School. He has over 40 years
experience as a financial manager in both the private and public
sectors. He is a sessional lecturer at Mount Royal College,and Columbia
College. An author, lecturer and consultant, he has worked in Europe,
Asia and Africa delivering seminars and training executives in strategic
planning.

Over the years Marcel has served on the boards and committees of many
organizations including, Tennis Alberta, Tennis Canada, the Calgary
Chamber of Commerce,The Canadian Association of Professional
Speakers, The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and
SAIT's BA Management Advisory Committee. He received the Alberta
Achievement Award in 1990.




Ric McIver, IPSA Director
     Alderman Ric McIver

Ric was elected to his first term as Alderman for Ward 12 in October
2001 and brings to office a long history of community service. He was
acclaimed to his second term in 2004.

Ric has a strong background in business, marketing and distribution and
has owned and operated two companies in Calgary, over the past 13
years.

Ric has recognized rural sprawl as well as urban sprawl as long term
issues to be conquered. He has moved and approved the most forward
thinking development conditions to date in SE Calgary, requiring
recycling facilities to be built into the community, and for higher density
development close to transit and employment opportunities.

Ric has made the drive for fiscal accountability and legislative
transparency hallmarks of his time at City Hall.

Ric presently sits on many civic boards and committees.




Gerald D. Chipeur, LL.B.

     Gerald D. Chipeur, LL.B. LL.M.

Mr Chipeur represents clients as general and project counsel. Since obtaining
his Bachelor of Laws degree in 1984 and Master of Laws degree in 1990 from
the University of Alberta, Chipeur has appeared in the Supreme Court of
Canada, the Federal and Alberta Courts of Appeal, federal and provincial
trial courts and numerous administrative tribunals to litigate questions of
administrative, health, education, electoral and constitutional law. Most
recently he acted as counsel in the landmark British Columbia College of
Teachers v. Trinity Western University in which the Supreme Court of Canada
accepted his arguments and those of others in favour of freedom of religion.

Chipeur has considerable experience in the areas of health, government
advocacy, legislative drafting, elections and parliamentary practice,
constitutional law, intervener & amicus curiae, environmental law, human
rights, privacy and information, professional ethics, education and charities.
